Refund Policy

Returns
We will gladly offer a refund or an exchange on regular priced items within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, all sales are final.To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer. THE COST WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND AMOUNT.You must notify us that you would like to make a return or an exchange prior to shipping any eligible regular priced item(s).To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns must be received by us within the 14 day period or the item will not be accepted and will be considered FINAL SALE. If an item is shipped and received without prior approval or received after the 14 day period, it will be thrown out. (Your tracking number will provide proof of date of delivery.)

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at deserveks@hotmail.com.

FINAL SALES (if applicable)
ALL sale items, Earrings, Sleevey Wonders, Foundation garments, Socks, Nylons and Hair clips are a FINAL SALE. There are NO refunds or exchanges on these items.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges are only available on regular priced merchandise. (EXCLUDING FINAL SALE ITEMS) If you need to exchange an item for another size, send an email to deserveks@hotmail.com and we will provide you with the details you need to return the item you would like to exchange and shipping information.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item, aswell as costs for shipping the exchange requested. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. You do need to get tracking and provide us the number as this will ensure that we will know if and when the item is delivered.
